fa سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان متاهل: نقش میانجی رضایت جنسی Attachment Styles and Marital Adjustment in Married Women:The Mediating Role of Sexual Satisfaction تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی رضایت جنسی در رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی با سازگاری زناشویی در زنان متاهل بود. مطالعه حاضر، از نوع مطالعات توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری زنان متاهل شهرستان آران و بیدگل در سال 2023 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل کلاین (2023) و با روش نمونه&rlm;‌گیری در دسترس 300 نفر انتخاب شد. شرکت کنندگان به سوالات پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی (MAS) اسپانیر (1976)، پرسشنامه سبک‌های دلبستگی (ASQ) هازن و شاور (1987) و پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی (SSQ) لارسون و همکاران (1998) پاسخ دادند. داده&rlm;‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌&rlm;های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌&rlm;افزار آماری SPSS و AMOS نسخه 28 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که سبک‌های دلبستگی بر سازگاری زناشویی اثر مستقیم و معنادار دارد. در نهایت رضایت جنسی دارای اثر مستقیم و معنادار بود و توانست در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل نقش میانجی معنادار ایفا کنند. همچنین مدل نهایی پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (063/0=RMSEA و 05/0>p) و 71 درصد سازگاری زناشویی &rlm;تبیین می&rlm;شود. میتوان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که با توجه به نقش میانجی معنادار رضایت جنسی، می‌توان با به کارگیری مداخلات موثر همانند خانواده درمانی دلبستگی محور به کاهش ناسازگاری زناشویی در زنان متاهل کمک نمود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of sexual satisfaction in the relationship between attachment styles with marital adjustment in married women. The present dtudy was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population was married women in Aran and Bidgol city in year 2023. The sample size was selected based on Kline model (2023) and with convenience sampling of 300 women. Data collection tools included the marital adjustment scale (DAS) of Spanier (1976), attachment styles questionnaire (ASQ) of Hazen and Shaver (1987) and sexual satisfaction questionnaire (SSQ) of Larson and et al (1998). Data were analyzed using Pearson coefficient and structural equation modeling by SPSS version 28 and AMOS software. The results showed that attachment styles have a significant direct effect on marital adjustment. Finally, sexual satisfaction has a significant direct effect on marital adjustment and was able significant mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and marital adjustment. Also, proposed model had an acceptable fitness to the data (RMSEA=0/063 p<0/05) and analyses also revealed that %71 of variance of marital adjustment was explained. It can be concluded that according to the significant mediating role of sexual satisfaction, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of marital incompatibility in married women by using effective interventions such as Attachment-oriented family therapy.</div> رضایت جنسی؛ سازگاری زناشویی؛ سبک‌های دلبستگی.
