پیش‌بینی معنای زندگی بر اساس تروماهای دوران کودکی در دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان: نقش میانجی‌ بخشش

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین تروماهای دوران کودکی و معنای زندگی در بزرگسالی، با نقش میانجی بخشش، پرداخته است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی، با بهره‌گیری از مدل معادلات ساختاری، بوده است که جامعه آماری آن را دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان در نیمه اول سال ۱۴۰۴ تشکیل داده‌اند. از میان دانشجویان ذکر شده، ۲۷۰ نفر، به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شده و مقیاس‌های بخشش هارتلند (HFS)، معنا در زندگی (MLQ) و ترومای کودکی_فرم کوتاه (CTQ-SF) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شده و نتایج نشان دادند تروماهای دوران کودکی، به طور منفی و معنادار، بر معنای زندگی (32/0-=β) و بخشش (52/0-=β) تاثیر دارند. علاوه بر این، بخشش، به طور مثبت و معنادار، بر معنای زندگی (75/0=β) تاثیر داشت (05/0>P). از سوی دیگر، بخشش بین تروماهای دوران کودکی و معنای زندگی (39/0-=β) نقش میانجی داشته (05/0>P) و می‌تواند اثر منفی تروما را کاهش دهد. مدل مفهومی ارائه شده توانست ۷۹ درصد واریانس معنای زندگی را تبیین کند و شاخص‌های برازش مدل نیز در محدوده قابل قبول گزارش شد. بنابراین، می‌توان گفت تروماهای دوران کودکی، هم به طور مستقیم و هم به طور غیر مستقیم، به واسطه بخشش، معنای زندگی در بزرگسالی را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهند. یافته‌ها اهمیت نقش بخشش را در کاهش آثار منفی تروماهای دوران کودکی برجسته می‌کنند و می‌توانند راهنمایی برای طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی و برنامه‌های درمانی باشد.
