fa بررسی اثربخشی برنامه روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محور بر رضامندی زوجیت والدین شاغل و وابستگی فرزندان نوجوان آنان به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong> بدون شک، خانواده نخستین و مهم‌ترین بستر رشد همه‌جانبه انسان محسوب می‌شود و توجه به نظام خانواده اهمیت بسیاری دارد؛ بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محور بر رضامندی زوجیت والدین شاغل و وابستگی فرزندان نوجوان آنان به بازی‌‌های رایانه‌ای انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> این پژوهش در حیطه تحقیقات شبه‌آزمایشی با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی کارکنان متأهل شاغل در ستاد سازمان ثبت احوال کشور (۶۱۰ نفر) بودند که از بین آنان ۳۰ نفر واجد شرایط به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گروه آزمایشی در روند برنامه مداخله روان‌شناختی تدوین‌شده (۱۲جلسه آموزش گروهی، هفته‌ای یک جلسه و هر جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه) تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. گروه گواه در این مدت هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار‌های این پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه رضامندی زوجیت افروز (۱۳۸۹) و پرسش‌نامه وابستگی به بازی‌‌های رایانه‌ای آیاس و همکاران (۲۰۱۱) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند‌متغیره و اندازه‌گیری‌‌های مکرر انجام گرفت.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد برنامه مداخله روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محورِ استفاده‌شده در این پژوهش، موجب ارتقای رضامندی زوجیت و کاهش وابستگی به بازی‌‌های رایانه‌ای فرزندان نوجوان آنان می‌شود و این نتایج در پیگیری سه‌ماهه نیز پایدار بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> بسته مداخله‌ای این پژوهش را می‌توان برای افزایش رضامندی زوجیت و کاهش وابستگی فرزندان به بازی‌‌های رایانه به کار برد.<span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives</strong> Undoubtedly, the family is the first and most important factor in human development and is worthy of paying attention. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of family-based psychology program on marital satisfaction and their children&#39;s affiliation to computer games.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods</strong> The present study is a quasi-experimental research with control group. The statistical population of the present study included all married workers (610 people) employed at the headquarters of the Civil Registration Organization. Of them, 30 eligible individuals were selected through purposeful sampling. The experimental group received a Psychological Intervention Program (12 sessions of group training, one session per week and each session lasts 90 minutes). The control group did not receive any interventions during this period. The study instruments included Marriage Satisfaction Questionnaire and Computer Assisted Dependency Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis and repeated measurements.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results</strong> The family-centered psychological intervention program increased marital satisfaction and decreased the dependence on computer games of adolescent children and these results were stable over the follow-up phase.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong> The intervention package of the present study can be used to increase marital satisfaction and reduce the dependence of children on computer games.</div> خانواده‌محور, رضامندی زوجیت, وابستگی به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای Family-centered, Marital satisfaction, Computer games addiction 100 113 http://bjcp.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-2409-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Narges Zainali نرگس زینعلی nh_zainali@yahoo.com 10031947532846005324 10031947532846005324 No PhD.
