fa اثربخشی درمان دلبستگی‌محور با استفاده از روش پسخوراند ویدیویی بر کاهش استرس والدینی و مشکلات برونی‌سازی کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان دلبستگی محور با استفاده از روش پسخوراند ویدیویی در کاهش استرس والدینی در مادران دارای کودکان پیش دبستانی واجد رفتارهای برونی سازی و همچنین کاهش این نوع مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان بود. برای این منظور 25 زوج مادر- کودک 3 تا 5 ساله انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش (12 زوج) و گواه (13 زوج) تقسیم شدند. مادران فهرست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) و پرسشنامه استرس والدینی (PSI) را تکمیل کردند. مداخله گروه آزمایش شامل 8 جلسه انفرادی و هفتگی به مدت 60 دقیقه بود و مادران گروه گواه بسته آموزشی متمرکز بر افزایش مهارت‌های شناختی کودکان را دریافت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استرس والدینی در مادران گروه آزمایش در هر دو حیطه شاخص‌های مربوط به والدین و کودک کاهش معناداری داشت. مشکلات برونی‌سازی کودکان، شامل رفتارهای مقابله‌ای، پرخاشگری و بیش فعالی- نقص توجه نیز کاهش معناداری در گروه آزمایش داشت. با توجه به مولفه‌های دلبستگی‌محور بسته مداخله‌ای، به‌نظر می‌رسد که افزایش حساسیت مادرانه و بهبود الگوی رابطه مادر- کودک موجب کاهش استرس والدینی و مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان شده باشد. Abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate the efficacy of attachment based therapy on decreasing parental stress in mothers of preschool children with externalizing behaviors and decreasing this type of behavioral problems in these children. 25 mother-child dyads were selected via available sampling from three nursery schools. Mothers completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and the Parenting Stress Index (PSI). The intervention program for the experimental group included eight individual and weekly 60-minute sessions and mothers of the control group received an educational package focusing on increasing cognitive skills of the children. The result showed parental stress of mothers in experimental group significantly decreased in both children and their mothers. Also, the externalizing problems of children (including oppositional behavior, aggression and hyperactivity- attention deficit) decreased in the experimental group.
