fa مدل ساختاری احساس تنهایی بر اساس روابط موضوعی و کیفیت ارتباط والد- کودک در افراد با گرایش شخصیت مرزی: نقش میانجی خودشیفتگی Structural Model of Loneliness based on Object Relationships and the Quality of Parent-Child Relationship in Individuals with Borderline Personality Orientation: The Mediating Role of Narcissism تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین برازش مدل ساختاری احساس تنهایی بر اساس کیفیت ارتباط والد- کودک و روابط موضوعی با میانجی‌گری خودشیفتگی در افراد با گرایش شخصیت مرزی بود. در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی 556 نفر از مراجعه‌کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناختی شهر قم در بازه‌ی زمانی 9 ماه، از تیرماه تا اسفندماه 1399 با گرایش شخصیت مرزی به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌های احساس تنهایی آشر، هیمل و رنشاو (1984)، مقیاس نگرش فرزند نسبت به پدر و مادر هادسون و راپی (2001)، مقیاس خودشیفتگی مارگولیس و توماس (1980)، پرسش‌نامه‌ی روابط موضوعی بل(1995) و پرسش‌نامه‌ی سازمان شخصیت کرنبرگ و کلارکین (1995) را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی مدل مفروض پژوهش از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل ساختاری احساس تنهایی بر اساس کیفیت روابط والد- کودک، روابط موضوعی با میانجی‌گری خودشیفتگی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است (82/4 =df/2c، 950/0= CFI، 962/0=GFI، 916/0= AGFI و 084/0=RMSEA) و بیان‌گر این بود که کیفیت روابط والد- کودک، روابط موضوعی و خودشیفتگی 64 درصد از واریانس احساس تنهایی را در افراد با گرایش شخصیت مرزی تبیین می‌کند. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد، احساس تنهایی بر اساس مؤلفه‌ی درون‌فردی روابط موضوعی اولیه و مؤلفه‌ی بین‌فردی کیفیت ارتباط با والدین هم به طور مستقیم و هم با میانجی‌گری خودشیفتگی قابل تبیین است.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" ></div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of the present study was to explain the fit of the structural model of loneliness based on the quality of parent-child communication and object relationships with the mediation of narcissism in people with borderline personality tendencies. In this descriptive-correlational study, 556 people who referred to counseling centers and psychological services in Qom city in the period of 9 months from July to March 2019 with borderline personality tendencies were selected by purposive sampling and the loneliness questionnaires of Asher et al. (1984), scale Children's attitude towards their parents were completed by Hudson and Rapi (2001), Margolis and Thomas (1980) narcissism scale, Bell's object Relations Questionnaire (1995) and Kernberg and Clarkin's (1995) Personality Organization Questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and check the assumed research model. The results showed that the structural model of loneliness based on the quality of parent-child relationships, object relationships with the mediation of narcissism has a favorable fit (df / 2 = 4.82, CFI = 0.950, GFI = 0.962, AGFI = 0.916 And RMSEA = 0.084) And it indicated that the quality of parent-child relationships, object relationships and narcissism explain 64% of the variance of loneliness in people with borderline personality tendencies.
