fa رابطه مدل سه عاملی شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی با وسواس‌های فکری: مطالعه در سطح غیربالینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده مباحث قابل توجهی در ارتباط با رابطه وسواس‌های فکری با پدیده‌های شبه-پسیکوزی مانند صفات اسکیزوتایپی انجام شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی امکان رابطه فوق در نمونه‌های غیربالینی با در نظر گرفتن مدل سه عاملی شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی بود. این پژوهش در یک بررسی همبستگی انجام شد. بدین منظور نمونه‌ای به حجم 262 نفر (105 مرد و 157 زن) به روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کننده‌ها به مقیاس‌های شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی (STA؛ کلاریج و بروکز، 1984) و وسواس فکری پادوا (PI؛ ساناویو، 1980) پاسخ دادند. بر اساس نتایج، وسواس‌های فکری و صفات اسکیزوتایپی در جمعیت غیربالینی همبستگی متقابلی با یکدیگر نشان دادند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی چندمتغیره نشان داد از بین مؤلفه‌های سه‌گانه شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی، مؤلفه‌های سوءظن پارانویید/اضطراب اجتماعی و همچنین تجارب ادراکی غیرمعمول بیشترین رابطه را با وسواس فکری دارند و مؤلفه تفکر سحرآمیز با وسواس‌های فکری رابطه نشان نمی‌دهد. این نتایج همسو با تحقیقات قبلی در مورد نمونه‌های بالینی و بر اساس فرضیه طیف اضطراب- پسیکوز تفسیر می‌شوند. Abstract There has been considerable debate regarding the relationship between obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and the psychotic phenomena. The present study explored the possibility that schizotypal personality, according to the three factor model, and obsessive features are significantly related to each other among non clinical samples. The current study was conducted using a corelational research design. A group of 262 normal participants (105 males and 157 females) took part in this research. Participants responded to the schizotypal Trait Questionnaire A form (STA Claridge & Broks, 1984) and Padua Inventory (PI Sanavio, 1980) scale. Positive correlations were found between schizotypal personality and obsessive features. Using the multivariate regression analysis model, results indicate that two components of schizotypal personality (unusual perceptual experiences and paranoid suspiciousness/ social anxiety factors) significantly predict obsessive compulsive scores. It was, also revealed that magical thinking components of schizotypal personality did not predict obsession.
