fa ابعاد اسکیزوتایپی: پیوستاری بین اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research اگرچه اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی مقوله‌های تشخیصی متمایزی هستند، ولی بر اساس برخی ویژگی‌ها بین دو اختلال همپوشی وجود دارد. همچنین، بین شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی به عنوان شخصیت پیش نشانه‌ای اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی شباهت‌هایی وجود دارد که در ادبیات پژوهشی اخیر انعکاس یافته‌اند. بررسی حاضر، به منظور امکان ارتباط الگوهای اسکیزوتایپی با اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی انجام گرفت. صد و دو آزمودنی (دو گروه از بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا و اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی به همراه گروه بهنجار، هر کدام 34 نفر) با استفاده از مقیاس شخصیتی اسکیزوتایپی (STA) و پرسشنامه شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی، فرم کوتاه (SPQ-B)، بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد گروه‌های اسکیزوفرنیا، اختلال وسواس فکری ـ عملی و بهنجار به ترتیب بیشترین نمره را در مقیاس-های اسکیزوتایپی کسب کرده‌اند. این یافته‌ها در راستای تحقیقات قبلی و بر اساس رابطه وسواس و اسکیزوفرنیا از طریق الگوهای شبه پسیکوزی شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی تفسیر گردید. Although schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) are distinct diagnostic entities, there are substantial areas of overlap between the two disorders in some characteristics. There are some similarities between the schizotypal personality, as a schizophrenia prodromal personality, and obsessive - compulsive disorder that is reflected in the literature. The present study explored the possibility that schizotypal patterns may be significantly related to obsessive-compulsive and schizophrenia disorders. One-hundred and two participants (two obsessive-compulsive and schizophrenia samples, each comprising 34 patients, were compared to 34 healthy controls) completed the Schizotypal Trait Questionnaire (STA) and the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire-Brief form (SPQ-B). Findings indicate that schizotypal patterns are found in schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder as well as the normal group.
