fa نقش واسطه‌ای منبع کنترل در رابطه بین نگرش مادران شاغل به تفکر خلاق و خلاقیت کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> چکیده <br>اشتغال زنان در نگرش‌ها و باورهای فرزندپروری آنان اهمیت بسزایی دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه نگرش مادران شاغل نسبت به تفکر خلاق و خلاقیت کودکان با واسطه‌گری منبع کنترل پرداخت. شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش 103 دانش‌آموز (60 دختر، 43 پسر) در دامنه سنی 11-9 سال با مادران‌شان (در دامنه سنی 42-27 سال) بودند. مادران با پرسشنامه آموزگاری والدین (PAAT) و دانش‌آموزان با پرسشنامه‌های منبع کنترل درونی و بیرونی (NSIECS) و آزمون خلاقیت تصویری تورنس (TTCT) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که نگرش مادران به خلاقیت رابطه مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با خلاقیت کودکان دارد. براین اساس از میان ابعاد نگرش‌های مادران به خلاقیت، نگرش به بازی و نگرش به ناکامی پیش‌بینی کننده مثبت و معنادار منبع کنترل درونی بودند و علاوه بر این نگرش به رفتار خلاقانه و بازی به صورت مستقیم و مثبت خلاقیت را در کودکان پیش‌بینی می‌کردند. منبع کنترل درونی نیز پیش‌بینی کننده مثبت و معنادار خلاقیت درکودکان بود. این پژوهش نقش واسطه‌ای منبع کنترل در رابطه بین نگرش‌های مادران نسبت به خلاقیت را برخلاقیت کودکان تایید نمود. </div> <div style="text-align: justify"> Abstract<br> Whether a woman is employed or not seems to play an important role in her attitude and beliefs towards child rearing. This study investigated the role of employed mothers’ attitudes to creativity on students’ creativity with regard to the mediating effect of locus of control. One hundred and three students (60 girls and 43 boys) with mothers (25-42 years) from elementary schools in the city of Shiraz participated in this study. Mothers completed Parent As a Teacher Inventory (PATT). Students completed Nowicki – Strickland Internal- External Control Scale and Torrance Test creativity form. Results indicate that the mothers’ attitude to creativity had direct and indirect effects on creativity. Attitude to play and frustration were significant positive predictors of locus of control. Attitude to creativity and play were direct and positive predictors of children's creativity. Finally, internal locus of control was a significant positive predictor of creativity in children.
