fa رابطه شخصیت و رضایت زناشویی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span id="ContentPlaceHolder1_lblAbstract">هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه بین متغیرهای شخصیتی مدل پنج عاملی و رضایت زناشویی بود. نمونه پژوهش مشتمل بر </span><span dir="ltr">400</span> زن از مادران دانش آموزان دوره ابتدایی شهر تهران بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه پنج عاملی نئو و پرسشنامه انریچ استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین نوروزگرایی و رضایت زناشویی رابطه منفی معنادار وجود دارد ولی همسازی و وظیفه شناسی با رضایت زناشویی همبستگی مثبت دارند. این یافته ها دال بر آنست که همسازی و وظیفه شناسی به عنوان همبسته های مهم رضایت زناشویی سزاوار توجه بیشتری هستند.</p> <p>The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between the personality variables of the five-factor model and marital satisfaction. The sample of the study included 400 mothers of primary school children in Tehran. Data was collected through administration of NEO-Five Factor Inventory and ENRICH questionnaire. The results of the study showed significant negative relationship between Neuroticism and marital satisfaction. But agreeableness and conscientiousness were positively correlated with marital satisfaction.
