The aim of this study was to construct a structural model of self-critical perfectionism and the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress as mediators of experiential avoidance and rumination. The statistical population of this study was all high school students in Nurabad (Delfan). 380 high school students in Noorabad (Delfan) city on the scale of multidimensional perfectionism (MPS), multidimensional experimental avoidance questionnaire (MEAQ), rumination-reflection questionnaire (RRS) and depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire (DASS-21) They answered. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between perfectionism and its components with rumination, experiential avoidance, depression, anxiety and stress (P≥0.001). In the model of structural equations, the relatio nships between the mentioned variables had an acceptable fit and the results showed that 26% of the variance of rumination is explained by perfectionism and 30% of the variance of experiential avoidance is explained by perfectionism. Also, 47% of the variance of depression, anxiety and stress is explained by perfectionism, experiential avoidance and rumination. Perfectionism is both directly and indirectly correlated with depression, anxiety, and stress through rumination and experiential avoidance. Therefore, it is recommended to hold workshops on perfecting perfectionism and managing rumination and avoiding emotional experiences in students.
