رابطه بین مهارگری تلاشگر و گرایش به انتقام در نوجوانان: نقش واسطه‌ای همدلی

گرایش به انتقام به معنای تمایل به‌تلافی کردن آسیب یا بی‌عدالتی تجربه‌شده‌است. این تمایل می‌تواند از احساس‌های قوی مانند خشم و رنجش ناشی شود. پیامدهای گرایش به انتقام شامل ایجاد چرخه‌ای از خشونت و کینه‌توزی است که می‌تواند روابط فردی و اجتماعی را تخریب کند و به افزایش تنش‌ها و درگیری‌ها منجر شود. همچنین، تمرکز بر انتقام می‌تواند مانع از بهبود و بازسازی روابط و ایجاد صلح و آرامش در جامعه شود؛ هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه­ای همدلی در رابطه بین مهارگری تلاشگر با گرایش به انتقام در نوجوانان شهر شیراز بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم بود که از این جامعه، نمونه­ای به حجم 567 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه­ای انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه­های مهارگری تلاشگر (الیس و رتبارت، 2001)، همدلی تورنتو (اسپرنگ و همکاران، 2009) و گرایش به انتقام (فلورس-کاماچو و همکاران، 2022) در میان آنان توزیع گردید. ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر و با کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS-24 و AMOS-24 انجام گرفت. یافته­ها نشان داد الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی با داده­ها برخوردار است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد اثر مسیر مهارگری تلاشگر به همدلی و همدلی، به گرایش به انتقام معنادار بود. اما اثر مسیر مهارگری تلاشگر به گرایش به انتقام معنادار نبود. دیگر یافته پژوهش نشان داد همدلی در رابطه بین مهارگری تلاشگر و گرایش به انتقام نقش واسطه‌­ای کامل دارد؛ بنابراین، افزایش سطح همدلی با کاهش احتمال انتقام­جویی همراه بود. این نتایج بر اهمیت پرورش مهارت‌های همدلی در کنار سایر مهارت‌های اجتماعی مانند مهارگری تلاشگر تأکید می‌نماید. پرورش همدلی می‌تواند به بهبود روابط بین‌فردی، کاهش بروز رفتارهای آسیب­زا و ارتقای سلامت روان جامعه کمک شایانی کند.
