پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی‌سازی بر شفقت به خود، ارتباط مؤثر، و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زنان شهر یزد انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود و جامعه آماری شامل تمام زنان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک پرند یزد بود. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر از زنان بود که به روش دردسترس انتخاب و با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه های شفقت به خود (نف، 2003)، ارتباط مؤثر (کویین دام، 2004) و انعطاف پذیری شناختی (دنیس و واندروال، 2010) بود و برای ارائه آموزش ذهن آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی سازی کارگاه آموزشی طراحی شده توسط پژوهشگر بوده است که طی 10 جلسه دو ساعته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی فرضیه ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس (سطح معناداری 05/0) نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات شفقت به خود و ارتباط مؤثر دو گروه در مرحله پس آزمون، پس از حذف اثر پیش آزمون تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0>P). اندازه اثر در متغیر شفقت به خود 4/17 و در ارتباط مؤثر 5/30 بود. اما در متغیر انعطاف پذیری شناختی بین میانگین نمرات در گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (001/0<P). بنابراین آموزش ذهن آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی سازی توانسته است باعث بهبود شفقت به خود و ارتباط مؤثر در زنان شهر یزد شود. بر این اساس، به نظر می‌رسد مراکز درمانی و آموزشی می‌توانند با طراحی و اجرای دوره‌های مشابه، نقش مؤثری در ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی زنان ایفا کنند.
