پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی‌سازی بر شفقت به خود، ارتباط موثر و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در زنان انجام شد. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک پرند یزد در بهار سال 1403 بود. از این میان، 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند (هر گروه، 15 نفر). ابزار پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه‌های شفقت به خود (نف، 2003)، ارتباط موثر (کویین دام، 2004) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (دنیس و واندروال، 2010) بود. گروه آزمایش، آموزش جلسات ذهن‌آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی‌سازی را طی ده جلسه دو ساعته دریافت کرد؛ در حالی‌که، گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی فرضیه‌ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس (سطح معناداری 05/0) نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات شفقت به خود و ارتباط موثر دو گروه در مرحله پس‌آزمون، پس از حذف اثر پیش‌آزمون، تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0>P). اندازه اثر در متغیر شفقت به خود برابر با 4/17 و در متغیر ارتباط موثر برابر با 5/30 بود. اما، در متغیر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی بین میانگین نمرات در دو گروه در مرحله پس‌آزمون، تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (001/0<P). بنابراین، آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی با رویکرد ذهنی‌سازی توانسته است موجب بهبود شفقت به خود و ارتباط موثر در زنان شهر یزد شود. بر این اساس، به نظر می‌رسد مراکز درمانی و آموزشی می‌توانند با طراحی و اجرای دوره‌های مشابه، نقش موثری در ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی زنان ایفا کنند.
