فرزندپروری باکفایت، نوعی روش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه طرحواره‌درمانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور بر همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی در مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری یک‌ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی بود که در بهار 1402 به مراکز مشاوره آموزش‌وپرورش و بهزیستی مراجعه می‌کردند. از میان آن‌ها، 30 مادر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند؛ به‌طوری‌که برای هر یک از گروه‌های پژوهش، 15 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه همدلی مادر دیویس (1983) و پرسشنامه پذیرش والدینی پورتر (1954) بود. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری باکفایت قرار گرفت؛ اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله درمانی دریافت نکرد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS26 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور بر همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی در مرحله پس‌آزمون اثربخشی معناداری داشته است و اثرات آموزش در مرحله پیگیری نیز باقی مانده است (001/0>p). در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که به‌منظور افزایش همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی در مادران دارای کودک نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی، می‌توان از آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور استفاده کرد.
