سندرم روده تحریک‌پذیر یک اختلال روان‌تنی است که به‌جز مشکل‌های جسمانی می‌تواند با اضطراب، خودسرزنشگری و مشکل‌های روان‌شناختی دیگر همراه باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تاثیر درمان شناختی-رفتاری و طرحواره‌‌درمانی بر همجوشی فکر و عمل و خودسرزنشگری بیماران سندرم روده تحریکپذیر بود. روش پژوهش ‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و مرحله پیگیری دو ماهه همراه با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریک‌پذیر ساکن شهر قزوین در ســال 1401 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در‌دسترس 48 نفر انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 16 نفری قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس همجوشی فکر و عمل شفران و همکاران (1996) و مقیاس سطوح خودسرزنشگری تامپسون و زوروف (2004) بود. گروه‌های آزمایشی، طرحواره‌‌درمانی یانگ و درمان شناختی رفتاری لیهی را در 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای و به‌صورت یک ‌بار در هفته دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد هر دو مداخله بر همجوشی فکر-عمل و خودسرزنشگری تاثیر داشتند و در مرحله پیگیری اثر درمان پایدار بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین تاثیر طرحواره‌درمانی و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر همجوشی فکر عمل و خودسزنشگری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد و طرحواره‌درمانی نسبت به درمان شناختی رفتاری تاثیر بیشتری دارد. بنابراین می‌توان از طرحواره‌درمانی و درمان شناختی رفتاری به‌عنوان درمانی موثر بر کاهش همجوشی فکر-عمل و خودسرزنشگری بیماران سندرم روده تحریک‌پذیر استفاده نمود.
