مدل پیش‌بینی عزت نفس بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و رضایت از تصویر بدن در دانش‌آموزان دختر

هدف پژوهش حاضر، برازش مدل عزت نفس بر‌ اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی با میانجی‌گری رضایت از تصویر بدن در دانش‌آموزان دختر بود. پژوهش حاضر، در زمره پژوهش‌های توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم شهر تهران بود، که در سال (1401-1402) مشغول ‌به تحصیل بودند و از بین آن‌ها 410 آزمودنی با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مرحله‌ای در مناطق جغرافیایی شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب و مرکز تهران انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های عزت نفس روزنبرگ (1965)، ابعاد دلبستگی بزرگسالان هازان و شیور (1990) و رضایت از تصویر بدن (2002) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 و AMOS-26 انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مسیر مستقیم متغیر‌ دلبستگی ایمن به متغیر عزت نفس معنا‌دار نبود و مسیر مستقیم متغیر‌ دلبستگی اضطرابی و متغیر‌ دلبستگی اجتنابی به متغیر عزت نفس به‌طور منفی معنادار بودند. همچنین، مسیر مستقیم متغیر‌ رضایت از تصویر بدن به متغیر عزت نفس معنادار بود. علاوه‌ بر این، اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر‌ دلبستگی ایمن به متغیر عزت نفس از طریق رضایت از تصویر بدن معنادار نبود و اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر‌ دلبستگی اضطرابی و دلبستگی اجتنابی به متغیر عزت نفس از طریق رضایت از تصویر بدن معنادار بود. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، به درمانگران پیشنهاد می‌شود که با تدوین برنامه‌ها و مداخله‌های هدفمند به نوجوانان، در جهت بهبود رضایت از تصویر بدن و تعدیل مشکلات عزت نفس، می‌توانند نقش مهمی را در کاهش اثرات منفی این پدیده‌ها بر عزت نفس و مسائل روان‌شناختی کلی ایفا کنند.
