مقایسه تاثیر پارادوکس‌درمانی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر هیجانات منفی زنان مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن

اختلال بدشکلی بدن، یک اختلال روان‌پزشکی است که با اشتغال ذهنی به نقص تصوری در ظاهر فیزیکی یا ادراک تحریف‌شده از تن‌انگاره خود و تجربه هیجانات منفی در مورد ظاهر مشخص می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر پارادوکس‌درمانی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر هیجانات منفی زنان مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن بود. روش پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری سه ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن متقاضی جراحی زیبایی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های زیبایی شهر تهران در مهر ماه تا آذر ماه سال 1402 بود. از این میان، 45 نفر به روش هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن ملاک‌های ورود انتخاب شدند. سپس، به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش پارادوکس‌درمانی و آزمایش درمان شناختی-رفتاری و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند (هر گروه 15 نفر). برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های ارزیابی فراشناخت بدشکلی بدن (ربیعی و همکاران، 2011) و هیجانات منفی (لویباند و لاویباند، 1995) استفاده شد. شرکت‌کنندگان در جلسات پارادوکس‌درمانی (8 جلسه) و درمان شناختی-رفتاری (8 جلسه) حضور یافتند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ 22 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که هر دو درمان تاثیر معناداری بر کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس داشته‌اند. تعامل زمان و گروه نیز معنادار بود (01/0P≤) که بیانگر تفاوت الگوی تغییر هیجانات منفی در گروه‌ها است. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی دانت، کاهش معنادار افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در هر دو گروه درمانی نسبت به گروه کنترل را تایید کرد (01/0P≤)؛ با این تفاوت که پارادوکس‌درمانی تاثیر قوی‌تری در کاهش هیجانات منفی نشان داد. با توجه به تاثیر پارادوکس‌درمانی، پیشنهاد می‌شود در درمان زنان مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن، توجه ویژه‌ای به تکنیک‌های این روش برای کاهش هیجانات منفی شود.
