در بزرگسالی در حال ظهور، افراد با مسئولیت­هایی در قبال استقلال، نقش های اجتماعی و انتظارات هنجاری محیط اجتماعی خود مواجه هستند که باعث تجربه سطوح بالاتری از استرس می­شود. آنها در پاسخ به این شرایط چالش برانگیز ممکن است طیف وسیعی از واکنش­ها را از خود نشان دهند، از احساس گرفتاری و عدم تحمل ابهام گرفته تا نشان دادن تاب­آوری. تمرکز بر سلامت روان در طول دوره بزرگسالی در حال ظهور بسیار مهم است؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی این موضوع بود که آیا عدم تحمل ابهام و احساس گرفتاری رابطه بین ذهن­آگاهی و ارتباط اجتماعی را با تاب­آوری میانجی­گری می­کنند یا خیر. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. در مجموع 430 نفر  بزرگسال در حال ظهور (18 تا 25 سال) شهر اصفهان در فاصله زمانی مهر ماه تا آذر ماه سال 1403 به روش داوطلبانه پرسشنامه‌های آنلاین را تکمیل کردند. پرسشنامه‌­های پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ذهن‌­آگاهی (براون و ریان، 2003)، پرسشنامه احساس گرفتاری (گیلبرت و الان، 1998)، پرسشنامه کیفیت روابط (پیرس و همکاران، 1991)، پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری (کانر و دیویدسون، 2003) و پرسشنامه عدم تحمل ابهام  (کارلتون و همکاران، 2007) بود.  برای انجام تحلیل از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد . یافته­ها نشان داد که هم عدم تحمل ابهام و هم احساس گرفتاری به عنوان میانجی در رابطه بین ذهن­آگاهی و ارتباط اجتماعی با تاب­آوری روانی عمل می­کنند. به طور خاص، ذهن­آگاهی و ارتباط اجتماعی به طور منفی عدم تحمل ابهام و احساس گرفتاری را پیش­بینی می­کنند که اینها به نوبه خود با سطوح پایین‌تر تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی مرتبط هستند. نتایج این مطالعه نقش حیاتی ذهن­آگاهی و ارتباط اجتماعی را در پرورش تاب­آوری روان‌شناختی، با در نظر گرفتن نقش عدم تحمل ابهام و احساس گرفتاری برجسته می‌کند که می­تواند جهت توسعه مداخلات با هدف افزایش تاب‌آوری در بزرگسالان در حال ظهور به کار رود.
