The peresent study aimed to explore the amount and relationships between nurses' spirituality, job stress, organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Tehran hospitals. A descriptive (regression analysis) design was selected and 379 nurses (307 female and 75 male) working in hospitals in Tehran completed four valid questionnaires. Results indicated that nurses were felt low job satisfaction, moderate to extreme organizational commitment, high spirituality (spiritual care) and job stress. The analysis of regression showed that job stress negatively correlates with other three variables. Moreover spirituality, organizational commitment and job stress play a significant predictors role on nurses' job satisfaction.
