زنان وابسته به دلیل عدم مسئولیت‌پذیری، منبع کنترل بیرونی و آسیب‌های دوران کودکی، در معرض احساس بی‌ارزشی در روابط بین‌فردی هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر دو مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر واقعیت­‌درمانی و طرحواره‌­درمانی بر مولفه احساس خودارزشمندی در زنان با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی وابسته بود. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد در بازه‌ زمانی اردیبهشت ماه الی خرداد ماه سال 1401 بود. از این میان، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، 24 زن به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و در سه گروه طرحواره‌درمانی، واقعیت‌درمانی و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه‌­های آزمایشی هر یک مداخلاتی مبنی بر 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌­ای دریافت کردند؛ در حالی‌که، گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. جهت گردآوری داده­‌ها، از دو پرسشنامه خودارزشمندی و وابستگی به دیگران استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌­ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تک‌متغیری استفاده گردید.
نتایج نشان داد واقعیت‌درمانی و طرحواره‌درمانی در مرحله پس­‌آزمون بر افزایش نمره کل احساس خودارزشمندی تاثیر معناداری داشتند (001/0>
P). نتیجه کلی مبنی بر مقایسه تطبیقی بین دو مشاوره گروهی مذکور نشان داد واقعیت­‌درمانی، تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به طرحواره‌درمانی بر احساس خودارزشمندی و زیرمقیاس‌های روابط بین‌فردی، پذیرش خود و احساس شایستگی داشته است؛ اما، واقعیت­‌درمانی در مقایسه با طرحواره­‌درمانی تفاوت معناداری در بهبود معنای زندگی نداشته است. در پایان، نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، به تفصیل مورد بحث قرار گرفتند.
