هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل­‌یابی نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده در رابطه بین استقامت با فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان اقماری شرکت راه‌­اندازی و بهره‌برداری صنایع نفت بود. مطالعه حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کارکنان اقماری شرکت راه­اندازی و بهره‌‏برداری صنایع نفت (اُیکو) در سه ماهه بهار سال 1402 به تعداد 4500 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه‏‌گیری در دسترس 500 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­‌های پژوهش شامل سیاهه فرسودگی شغلی مسلاچ (MBI) مسلاچ و همکاران (1986)، فرم کوتاه مقیاس استقامت (GRIT-S) داکوورث و کوین (2009) و مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (MSPSS) زیمت و همکاران (1988) بود. تحلیل آماری داده‏‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌‏افزار SPSS و AMOS نسخه 28 انجام گرفت. یافته­‌های پژوهش نشان داد که استقامت (33/0-=β و 05/0>p) بر فرسودگی شغلی اثر مستقیم و معنادار دارد. در نهایت حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (40/0-=β و 05/0>p) دارای اثر مستقیم و معنادار بر فرسودگی شغلی بود و توانست در رابطه بین استقامت با فرسودگی شغلی نقش میانجی معنادار ایفا کند. همچنین مدل نهایی پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (04/0=RMSEA و 05/0>p) و 59 درصد فرسودگی شغلی ‏تبیین می‏شود. می­‌توان نتیجه‌­گیری کرد که با توجه به نقش میانجی معنادار حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، می­توان با به کارگیری توانمندسازی شغلی و آموزش استقامت به کارکنان اقماری از بروز فرسودگی شغلی در آنان پیشگیری به عمل آورد.
