چکیده:   (370 مشاهده)
مشاوره روانشناختی، سوپرویژن و مشاوره در محیط آنلاین گسترده شده است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی طراحی، تدوین و روایی‏یابی برنامه توانمندسازی حرفه­ای برای مشاوران برخط (آنلاین) انجام شد. روش پژوهش برای مرحلۀ طراحی و تدوین برنامه، روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با رویکرد فراترکیب (سنتز پژوهی ترکیبی) سندلوسکی و باروسو (2006) بود که در دو مرحله پیاپی کیفی-کمی انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر در مرحله اول به مطالعه کیفی پرداخته و در این مرحله با بررسی و ارزیابی مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه توانمند­سازی حرفه­ای مشاوران برخط و همچنین مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته از خبرگان و متخصصان مشاوره برخط پرداخته است. با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختار یافته، سوالات کیفی از جامعه آماری (شامل 10 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند) خبرگان پرسیده شد که پس از انجام 10 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. نتایج تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda نشان داد که برنامه توانمندسازی حرفه­ای مشاوران برخط شامل 24کد باز، 3 کد اصلی و 10 کد فرعی می­باشد. همچنین برای روایی‌یابی برنامه ضمن استفاده از روش روایی صوری، از روش روایی محتوایی به شیوۀ کیّفی و کمّی با پانل خبرگان 5 نفری و از دو ضریب نسبت روایی محتوایی (CVR) و شاخص روایی محتوایی (CVI) استفاده شد که نتایج نشان داد برنامه توانمندسازی حرفه­ای مشاوران برخط (آنلاین) از روایی صوری و محتوایی مناسبی بهره‌مند است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می­توان از برنامه توانمندسازی مشاوران برخط جهت آموزش مشاوران برخط استفاده نمود و موجب افزایش بهره­وری شغلی آنان شد.
