The purpose was to research the effect of the successful adolescent education on self-compassion, purposefulness, perspective-taking and individual values of 15-18 year old adolescents. The research method was an experiment with the design of two experimental and control groups with a pre-test-post-test and a follow-up period of 45 days, and the statistical population included teenagers aged 15 to 18 in Isfahan city in the spring of 1402, which was based on the available sample sampling method of 40 teenagers from Among the specialized counseling centers for children and adolescents, taking into account the criteria of entry and exit to the study were selected and then randomly divided into two experimental and control groups (20 people were assigned each). The research tools included questionnaires of self-reliant (Naf, 2003), purposefulness (Kramba and Maholik, 1969), social perspective (Mohagheghi, 2015) and individual values (Schwartz and Brady, 2001). Also, during 12 sessions of 60 minutes, the experimental group received the educational of the successful teenager Hay, Siaruchi, C. Hayes (2015) translated by Moin and Mazaheri (2021). received and control group did not receive any intervention. The data obtained from the research was analyzed using the univariate covariance test  and through SPSS 23 statistical software. The results of the research showed that the successful adolescent education has been effective on self-care, targeting, perspective and individual values of adolescents aged 15 to 18 years (p>0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that; The adolescent education is suitable for teenagers aged 15 to 18. Therefore, it is suggested that counselors and psychologists in the field of adolescents use this new treatment method.
